Refund policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases made on Education4U (operated by Sreenivas EDU Services (OPC) Pvt Ltd, India). It applies to paid courses, bundles, and downloadable PYQ (previous-year question paper) products unless a specific product page states otherwise.

1. Digital products & access

Most offerings on Education4U are digital (online learning access, quizzes, downloadable PDFs). Once access is granted or files are delivered, consumption may begin immediately. For that reason, statutory cooling-off rules may not apply in the same way as for physical goods; eligibility for a refund depends on usage, product type, and payment gateway rules.

2. Course enrolments

If you purchased a course and have not substantially used it (for example, no meaningful lesson progress or quiz activity beyond a brief preview), you may request a refund within a reasonable window from the date of purchase. We review each request individually. Where content has been extensively accessed, we may decline a refund or offer partial credit at our discretion.

3. PYQ bundles

PYQ bundles are digital downloads. After purchase, eligible files are available from your student account. If you did not download files and contact us promptly with a genuine issue (duplicate purchase, technical failure on our side), we will work with you to resolve it, which may include a refund where appropriate.

4. Payment processing

Payments are processed through our payment partners (for example, Razorpay). Refunds, when approved, are typically issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@education4u.in or message us via WhatsApp using the number shown on the site. Include your registered email, order or invoice reference (if available), and a short description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge requests within one business day.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies when you make a purchase.
